This site contains graphics, artwork, logo designs, and layouts (Our Content) that is copyrighted property of Designer Business Cards. All rights in this site are reserved worldwide. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish, or use any portion of Our Content except as expressly allowed in these Terms & Conditions. DBC reserves the right to add, delete from, or modify any part of Our Content at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to Our Content whether by you or DBC remain the property of DBC. You do not obtain any right to claim any of the individual logo designs we provide or to incorporate the designs into one or more of your own products.
Use of Site
You are granted permission for use of this site and Our Content for the sole purpose of ordering products solely through Designer Business Cards. Obtaining products through DBC does not entitle you to use any portion of Our Content apparent from the finished products as they are supplied by DBC. You agree to use this site in a responsible manner in compliance with these Terms & Conditions and with your local laws and regulations. You agree that you will not use this site to produce products that are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, malicious, or objectionable. DBC reserved the right, in DBC’s sole discretion to refuse to accept any content provided to you by DBC to process an order at any time for any reason. DBC may also terminate its service to customers being found to be using DBC to engage in undesirable activities or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions. You agree that DBC shall have no liability of any kind to you or any third party arising from such refusal or termination.
Disclaimer of Warranty
http://www.designerbusinesscards.net and Our Content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error free. While we make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of products, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, reliable, and error-free.
Designer Business Cards’ has a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund within 30 days. Certain circumstances are beyond DBC’s control and may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that we are not responsible for: Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer, errors in user-selected options such as choice of foil color, logo design, or damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
Prior to producing the products designed using our designs, DBC creates and sends you an electronic proof of the product available for your approval. You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once you have approved the proof, the products cannot be changed or cancelled. We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you. For orders made using your own uploaded logo PDF, DBC shall noy be held liable for errors due to inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DBC or its licensors, suppliers, employees, or owner be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not DBC has been advised of the possibility of damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or products that you order from DBC, including without limitation damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall DBC be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content or our supplied products.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Georgia, USA. Designer Business Cards and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
